Mechatronics Engineer - Cranfield - £55k

Hexwired has partnered with a pioneering company working on ruggedised electronics, whilst having time to learn and evolve into the most established, respected and trusted company in the market today.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing systems and products by integrating advanced mechanical solutions with software and hardware components. You will be collaborating with cross functional teams to devise comprehensive solutions to engineering challenges.

Key Skills Required for this Mechatronics Engineer role:

  • Masters in mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Proficient in CAD Software, particularly SolidWorks or Solid Edge
  • Experience in programming for system control preferably languages like C, Python
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Mechatronics/mechanical design
  • Understanding of mechanics, kinematics and electronics
