We are looking to recruit a mechanical maintenance technician for a company in Burgess Hill.
You would be joining an established team and be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
You'll be carrying out scheduled servicing & inspections, reporting faults and rectifying where possible as well as repairs of faulty equipment.

Ideally you will have some experience of mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / vehicle mechanics and will have worked with diesel engines.
At the least a mechanical aptitude is required and an ability to read drawings and disassemble and assemble mechanical and/or electronic components.
Full training on specific plant & products will be given.

Due to the location of this workshop you must have your own transport.

Working hours are 7am-5pm Monday - Friday.

This is a temporary ongoing roe which will become permanent for the right person.
The hourly pay rate is £13ph.
