Responsibilities:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Carrying out inspections and tests to identify potential problems and prevent equipment failure.

Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.

Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and any required documentation.

Assisting in the procurement of spare parts and equipment as needed.

Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Mechanical Technician or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
