Mechanical Project Manager

West Yorkshire

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £55K + package

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, leading a team of engineers and operatives to provide a professional, quality and customer-focused service.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders

• Manage and monitor the financial performance of projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to

• Liaise with designers, surveyors and other external bodies

• Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are followed and that site safety is maintained

• Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget

• Regularly review progress and provide updates to senior management

• Monitor and manage the quality of workmanship

• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 year's experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role

• Proven experience of leading and managing the delivery of projects

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related trade background

• A valid driving licence
