Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer? Are you looking for a new Supervisor or Team Lead Opportunity? Well look no further... as an exciting opportunity has become available with one of our biggest clients based in the West Midlands!

They are currently on the hunt for a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. The role reports to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, and your mission will be to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a range of departments to ensure that daily goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience listed below:
  • Supervising the mechanical maintenance team involving preventative and reactive maintenance work.
  • Have Experience dealing with various types of mechanical equipment in an industrial environment.
  • Have previously used Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and other standard computer software.
  • Experienced in mentoring and training staff.
  • The ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works.
Qualifications/Training
  • As a minimum to be educated to RQF level 3 (e.g. City & Guilds level 3) in a practical Mechanical Fitting/Engineering discipline.
  • You should have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an industrial mechanical maintenance environment.

  • Salary is dependent on experience but is competitive
  • 25 days paid holiday (and all UK Bank Holidays),
  • 40-hour working week
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
