Are you a mechanical maintenance engineer in the building services sector open to a new, highly-
rewarding opening? Look no further! I have an opportunity in one of Londons landmark buildings for a
mechanical engineer on a day shift or 4 on 4 of shift pattern. The successful candidate will be competent at
carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on high-pressure mechanical systems, including HVAC,
pumps and general plant systems.

? Reactive and planned maintenance
? AHUs
? FCUs
? Pumps
? Motors
? Mechanical Seals
? Bearings
? Valves
? Heat Exchangers
? Calorifiers
? Cooling Towers
? Chillers
? Resetting the BMS
? Water Treatment
? Boilers


Requirements
? NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
? Building services maintenance experience in large commercial setting (high-rise offices,
hospitals, or critical environments)
