Job Role: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Sheffield

Shift: Regular days

Salary: £15+ per hour

Metalis are working with a company who are based in the East of Sheffield, who are looking for Mehanical Fitters to join the team on a permenant basis. The role will be perfect for someone who is looking for a friendly company who care about their employees.

The role will involve servicing and repairing hydraulic power packs and hydraulic submersible pumps.

Job Duties:

• Bench fitting and basic assembly work
• The use of hand tools and power tools
• Carrying out assembly of company components and sub-assemblies
• Carrying out self inspection on completed work.
• Adhering to Health & Safety standards and company procedure.
• Ideal candidate:
• Experience within a fitting or assembly role.
• Health & Safety aware.

Salary & Shift:

• Salary £15 per hour
• Days regular (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon to Thurs and an early finish of 3:30pm on a Friday)
• 33 days holiday a year, entitled to take the usual bank holidays
