About the Role:
- Annual Salary: Circa £40,000, plus exceptional employee benefits.
- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped with professional tools and equipment.
- Location: Field-based, attending to commercial and residential properties, mainly in rural 'off-grid' areas.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: HND in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Proficiency in working with filtration systems, water treatment, electrical controls, pipework, and maintenance.
- Skills: Confident in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of pump and filtration system issues.
- License: Full UK Driving License.
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate remedial attendance to ensure the continuous flow of clean water and sewage clearance.
- Maintain customer satisfaction at optimum levels, including attending out-of-hours emergency callouts when necessary.
- Order specific parts and stock, keeping customers informed about expected arrival times.
- Work closely with the service manager and internal communication teams.
