Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - CNC and Manual Machinery

Overview:

Looking for a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in CNC and manual machinery to join our team. This role focuses on both in-house and on-site repair tasks, providing an exciting opportunity for those skilled in mechanical systems. If you're a mechanically minded engineer with a knack for troubleshooting and repairing CNC and manual machines, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-house and on-site repairs for CNC and manual machinery.
  • Utilize mechanical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Interpret technical drawings for precise repairs.
  • Address mechanical challenges with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably with CNC and manual machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Familiarity with CNC and manual machine operations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Overtime available from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM at 1.3x hourly rate.

Shildon, County Durham

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
