I am recruiting for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join my client's office in London. They are a leading property and construction consultancy with over 200 years of experience. They are looking for someone who wants to develop their career and assist with the management and development of their growing mechanical design team.

Roles and responsibilities include…

• Prepare designs for the full range of mechanical building services
• Writing of specifications
• Site visits
• Prepare co-ordinate design intent/detailed design drawings
• Contributions to health and safety plans
• Plan and prepare planned maintenance specifications and planning of maintenance procedures and contract management
• Manage electrical building services delivery on projects
• Maintain client relationships and secure repeat business
• Financially manage and report projects you are responsible for
• Active participation in the development of individual team members, including advancement/ successive planning
• Trouble-shooting exercises associated with energy consumption and the provision of suitable internal conditions, surveys, reports, schedules and dilapidations and feasibility reports.
