CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader
to join our client based in Ascot.
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader, working for a prestigious company within the events and hospitality industry.
The successful Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader will be responsible for:
- The people management, shift patters and health and safety of the M&E team
- Raising orders against M&E budget lines, making sure any overspends are communicated and agreed with the Facilities Manager
- Undertaking regular inspections of the estate and system tests, making sure any faults are repaired within deadlines.
- The procurement of materials, tools, and service providers for maintenance tasks with the Support of the Facilities Management team.
- Planning project budgets with Facilities Manager and M&E Manager.
- Producing weekly reports for the Facilities Team Manager.
The Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader will have:
- Recognised formal Mechanical or Electrical qualification (City and Guilds or equivalent)
- Considerable experience as a building service engineer for a large organisation.
- Reading and understanding of drawings.
- Hands-on experience of building services and building management control systems.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, Electricity at Work regulations and COSHH requirements.
- Experience of fault-finding techniques.
- Experience of leading a team.
- Computer literate with a good standard of ICT knowledge including Microsoft Office.
