The Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their Mathematics department to new heights of success. You will inspire and motivate both students and staff, ensuring that every student achieves their full potential. Responsibilities include curriculum development, student management, and strategic thinking to drive improvement and innovation within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire the Maths department to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies to engage students and drive attainment.
  • Provide effective teaching & learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the strategic direction of the school and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Proven track record of excellence in teaching Maths, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Outstanding subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.
