Maths Teacher - Eastbourne

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Maths Teacher for a successful school in Eastbourne on a full-time basis to start in September 2024. If you’re a dynamic, creative and fully-qualified Maths Teacher with experience teaching your subject across Key Stage 3 and 4, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

If successful, you’ll be joining a school full of teachers who are dedicated to improving the attainment and progress of their students. The school is extremely well-facilitated, with a well-resourced maths department. You will be predominantly classroom-based, teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils of all abilities.

The school provides a strong commitment to professional development which will improve your leadership skills, develop your understanding of whole school issues and prepare you for the next stage in your career. You will have motivated, enthusiastic and well behaved learners who respond very well to active and engaging teaching and work well independently.

The ideal applicant
  • A qualified teacher with QTS

  • Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 Level

  • Strong teaching background

  • A track record for delivering strong results at GCSE

  • Committed to delivering excellent and engaging lessons
