Horizon Teachers are looking for a Maths teacher to work at an Outstanding' Secondary School permanently from September, with the potential to progress your career further from head of Department.
Located in the beautiful borough of Harrow, Horizon Teachers are working with a wonderful Secondary School, which is a vibrant and inclusive school committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for the students. The school is a strong believer in fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning.

The role of a Maths Teacher:
  • Designing and delivering engaging and creative Maths lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of the students
  • Providing continuous support and guidance to help students achieve their full potential in Maths
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, and tailoring your teaching methods to maximises learning outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment within the Secondary School

What you will need:
  • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a passion for passing your knowledge on in a creative and mind-grabbing manner
  • The ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Possess strong communication and organisational skills
