Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics among students.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
• Adaptability and resilience to meet the challenges and opportunities of the classroom environment.
