This wonderful school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational Maths teacher to join the supportive department from September 2024 or sooner.

This post would equally suit a newly qualified or experienced teacher who has obtained a good degree in Mathematics or transferable discipline.

The successful applicant will be expected to lead inspirational lessons to all pupils. You will be expected to deliver dynamic lessons that stretch their classes and encourage a passion for the subject.

The school requires the ideal candidate to have experience of teaching Maths at secondary school level.

You must:

  • Hold a QTS or equivalent
  • Have experience delivering Maths across Key Sage 3, 4 & 5
  • Have a proven background of developing teaching and learning within a Maths Department to a high standard.

We require a candidate who:

  • Is an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher
  • Has potential to teach successfully across the Key Stages
  • Has a good understanding of current developments in the teaching of Maths
  • Can evidence their commitment to excellent teaching and learning
  • Is willing to get involved in the wider life of the school

You will be joining a supportive staff team, working towards rising student attainment through outstanding teaching and learning. As a member of this school, you can expect to receive ongoing support and training.
