Maths teacher

The Maths Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 11-18, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Maths at the primary and secondary education level and possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement appropriate learning strategies for students with special educational needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
• Stay updated on the latest educational trends and research in the field of Maths

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous experience teaching Maths at the primary/secondary education level
• Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
• Organized and proactive approach to teaching and learning
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
