Maths Teacher

Are you a Maths Teacher seeking a new, exciting opportunity? Empowering learning are currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher to start immediately in Wolverhampton until July.

This position is full time and will be teaching Maths up to GCSE. Knowledge on the Maths GCSE Curriculum is essential & a proven track record of delivering high quality Maths GCSE results.

Duties of a Maths Teacher:

• Teaching & Delivering Maths GCSE Curriculum
• Sole focus on delivering high quality lessons each day.
• Sit in on SLT Team Meetings, having a say on Key Decisions within the School
• Managing Behaviour - Building Relationships with staff, students & parents
• A person who is passionate, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject.
• Be able to work well as part of a close-knit team as well as think on your feet.

To apply for this Maths Teacher role, you will need:

• QTS in Maths (ECT's please apply)
• Strong Maths subject knowledge up to GCSE
• Good behaviour management skills and be confident following school behaviour policies.
• A substantial school reference.
• Strong Maths subject knowledge up to GCSE
• Previous experience working within a Maths Secondary School Department
