Maths Teacher / Instructor - Portsmouth - ASAP Start

Academics are seeking an engaging and flexible Maths Teacher to carry out a full-time contract in an established SEMH School in Portsmouth. This is to start ASAP for the rest of the Summer term/potential of ongoing or permanent contract in September.

The school caters for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and other associated needs.

They will consider both primary teacher's and secondary teacher's as they cater for a range of learning levels. This is open to both fully qualified and unqualified teachers/HLTA level. You are not required to plan, only deliver Maths lessons.

Due to the nature of the environment this position is suited to someone who has worked with pupils with challenging behaviour in the past, or someone who is looking to work in a unique setting. Class sizes are smaller than in a mainstream secondary school with a number of support staff on hand in the classroom.
