Math Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Westminster, London

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Salary: £90+ per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: September 2024

We are an esteemed education agency representing an exceptional Secondary School located in Westminster, London. This forward-thinking school is seeking a dedicated Math Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team, commencing in September for the full academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to math teachers and students in a variety of settings.
  • Assist in delivering engaging math lessons and activities.
  • Work with individual or small groups of students to reinforce math concepts.
  • Collaborate with the math department to develop educational materials and resources.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and interactive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A recent Math graduate with a strong academic background in mathematics.
  • Passion for mathematics and a desire to inspire students in the subject.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
  • Commitment to helping students succeed in mathematics.
