• Science or Maths degree pre-requisite for this role

The Graduate Maths and Science Tutor role will alternate between tutoring Maths on Monday and Science on Tuesday, with an almost unprecedented £210 for 1.5 days. You will tailor your intervention to the specific requirements of each student, working to improve the attainment of various targeted learners who have, for whatever reason, fallen behind their predicted academic trajectories. Entrusted to design and lead your own dedicated tutorials, the sessions delivered should reflect genuine expertise across both subject specialisms, and engender interest across the school’s Year 11 cohort. You will build the sort of positive working relationship championed by the school with every student with whom you work, cultivating a learning environment conducive to optimum performance in Summer’s GCSE exams.
