MATERIALS CONTROLLER

Pertemps Crawley are working in partnership with an established Manufacturer based in Worthing who are looking for a Materials Controller to join their personable and dedicated team.

The Role:
  • Despatching/Shipping Customers orders (Spares)
  • Stores and Inventory control
  • Booking in and Material Traceability
  • Monthly Cycle Counts and Inventory records.
  • Deliveries in and out of the factory
  • Kitting for Assemblies
  • Shortage reports
  • Material Traceability
  • Build raising and Closure (Assistance)
  • PMI inspection goods inwards
  • Raising and progressing Purchase orders


The Person:
  • Previous experience ordering & managing stock levels in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills when liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Proficient user of MS Packages and inhouse CRMs
  • Good attention to detail
  • Forklift license essential

The Package:

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & 2pm finish every Friday
Salary of up to £28,000 (dependent on relevant experience)
