Marketing Team Assistant for a Private Equity Firm in the West End.  

A prestigious London-based Private Equity firm renowned for its collegiate culture is seeking an experienced and exceptional EA to support their Marketing team. They are looking for someone innovative who is used to dealing with fast-paced individuals and will roll up their sleeves. This opportunity promises fantastic benefits and the chance to be part of a truly exceptional team.

Role: Marketing Team Assistant
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait up to 3 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE 
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, Fridays WFH
Location: West End

Responsibilities
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Manage international travel arrangements
  • Invoicing and expense management
  • CRM data management
  • Any ad hoc administrative support
  • Provide occasional cover to fellow EAs
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in financial services is essential
  • Must be familiar with supporting a sales / Investor Relations team with a Middle Eastern client base
  • Innovative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Professional and discreet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
