Our client are seeking a diligent, self-starter to join their Marketing team as a Project Coordinator, based in Theale. This is an ideal role for a someone with Marketing experiencelooking to take the first steps towards a career in Project Management.

Working closely with the management team, you will provide project and administrative support to the Marketing and projects team as well as the wider Business Development team, and ensure accurate maintenance of records across departments.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out research to source insights and trends, product/solution development and aid content creation
  • Support the preparation and co-ordination of Marketing events
  • Support the Marketing team with content creation and copy editing to contribute to the production of content for the internal intranet, website & social media channels.
  • Assist Marketing projects as required to meet objectives and support the strategic goals and objectives of the team.
  • Support with creation of reports with input from Social media channels, website (GoogleAnalitics), SEO/SEM reports and other sources as identified.
  • Co-ordinate team and project meetings
  • To support Business Development Projects such as, product/solution development initiatives, business case creation, research projects, process efficiency projects, modality team specific projects.
  • Assist Business Development projects to meet objectives and support the strategic goals and objectives of the team.
  • Co-ordiate, document and track progress of open projects, co-ordiating meetings, and supporting project activities as needed.
  • Central point of contact for information, through the management of shared mailboxes within the business development team.
  • System administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales systems to ensure data is maintained, and staff using the system are trained and supported,across sales, commercial, technical, operational staff stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office is essential, including Excel
  • Experience within a Marketing role or environment
  • PRINCE2 certification is desirable
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Database and CRM experience
  • Degree in Marketing is desirable
