Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a reputable, award winning, professional organisation, who are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join their Shirley Head Office, this role will be based on site. Please only apply if you are happy to be office based five days a week.

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Responsible for managing the delivery of all marketing activity
  • Execute events, marketing communications and our online presence across various digital platforms and social media including pay per click
  • Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace technology
  • Creating a budget and monitoring process to track monthly spend, highlighting potential under/overspend
  • Data collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate
  • Legal 500 Submissions
  • Website Management

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field would be preferred
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or a professional services background
  • A proven track record of delivering, or supporting the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Experience of organising events
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation with a track record of providing excellent client service

Hours of work are: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Thursday, Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm 1 hour for lunch
