THE ROLE

Due to continued growth within the company, you will become sole Marketing Manager for the agency.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will ensure the company’s profile within the industry is leveraged and its business achievements, both internally as well as what is achieved with clients, is effectively communicated across all platforms.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing the annual Marketing Departments budget, forecasting and reporting.
  • Leading the development and implementation of communications strategy in relevant industries.
  • Managing and overseeing PR strategy across all media and press including industry broadcast news and publications to raise and maintain the company profile.
  • Creating and managing all communications internally & externally with monthly newsletters using CRM platform Hubspot
  • Developing and managing the website, including keeping content up to date and appropriate, making improvements to functionality and advising colleagues on maximising its potential.
  • Attending networking events and new business meetings to both communicate brand and support sales activity with Sales team.
  • Managing the social media strategy and schedule across all accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, & others, including creating content, writing engaging captions, responding to messages and reporting.
  • Organising and managing trade shows where exhibiting as a company
  • Leading the development and monitoring of brand guidelines and key messages
  • Researching and writing copy for external articles and press activity

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience and skills in implementing leading marketing strategies and initiatives, ideally having worked within the events industry across multiple businesses and brands that sit alongside the agency.

Extensive experience across all social media channels, as well as CRM and copywriting experience is essential. Adequate experience in SEO, eCommerce and digital ads is also extremely beneficial.
