Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the UK & Ireland Marketing strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Manage and oversee the UK & Ireland Marketing budget effectively.
• Provide effective leadership and supervision for the marketing & content support team based in the UK (Crawley) and Ireland (Dublin) ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with UK industry press and handle all UK & Ireland press communications.
• Coordinate UK & Ireland advertising initiatives in collaboration with Market Heads.
• Create and distribute targeted e-shots in coordination with Market Heads.
• Manage internal communications, including staff updates, weekly messenger, and promotions.
• Collaborate with HR to support and promote the use of NEP Anywhere internal communication platform.
• Supervise marketing and communication aspects of UK & Ireland client events.
• Provide marketing support for Group communications as needed.
• Assist in sales tendering processes and maintain branding standards and templates.
• Oversee all aspects of social media marketing campaigns and activities.
• Maintain UK & Ireland website's news and content in co-ordination with the European marketing team.
• Ensure consistent application of Corporate Brand Guidelines internally and externally.
• Supervise company wide stationery and business cards design and compliance.
• Manage corporate literature and materials, including stationery and promotional materials.
