UBT Recruitment are working with a well experienced family-run SME based in Bridgwater. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition and drive business growth.

Role Details:

• Primarily manager/conduct all digital marketing, including SEO, blogs, social media (LinkedIn), email marketing and customer presentations
• Be responsible to achieve target lead quantities each week/month from all marketing activities
• Oversee the design and creation of hard-copy marketing literature
• Working closely with the sales team

Working time: 8am-5pm (Office based).

• Salary: £38,000-£43,000 (DOE)

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing role, preferably within an SME business
• Experience in digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to manager multiple campaigns
• Ideally experience managing agencies and briefing designers/photographers/videographers
• Analytical mindset
