REED Marketing and Creative are working with a major player in the professional services industry who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team.

This position is taking over from someone now leaving the business after serving for over 10 years! We are also looking for someone with fresh eyes to be able to push new areas that they may not have looked at before. Recently venturing more on TikTok there is a chance to look at lots of new content.

Reporting into the Senior Partner; you will be responsible for all the marketing from inception to completion, duties include:

Some of the duties include:

  • Drive and deliver engagement strategies/campaigns
  • Working across B2B and B2C across online and offline channels
  • Creating budgets and reporting on this
  • Working with third party agencies

The business are well respected in their field and are going through growth; it is a genuinely fantastic time to join as you will be able to put your stamp on this role and make a name for yourself in the business. You will gain knowledge across a whole host of sectors as well as having control of lots of different areas within marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone who has generalist experience across a multitude of duties within marketing. You will be confident in your ability to make decisions and to influence others to achieve success within marketing. You will be a self starter who is commercially savvy and able to work with multiple deadlines.

In return you get support from the wider business. Salary is circa £45k-£50k plus additional benefits. This is mainly an office based role in the Shirley office.
