We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead an existing and highly functioning marketing team.

This marketing role will utilise all skills, we need someone who is equally with creative marketing as well developing strategy and analytics.

  • Reporting into MD you will key figure in the SLT and be a key contributor to the commercial success of the business and proactively manage all areas of our marketing function.
  • You will be leading and growing an existing small marketing team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of customer acquisition,
  • and brand management using appropriate marketing and communication strategies.
  • You will be required to implement, track, and optimise all online and offline marketing channels and campaigns, utilising strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to track, benchmark, report and improve performance across multiple geographical sites.

As Group Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the overall development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels managing our Digital Marketing Executive
  • Providing insight in how to increase our digital activities and grow our brand presence in the digital world, having knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords and social media management.
  • Lead conversion to support the bottom line and profit growth - optimise online lead generation by monitoring and analysing outcomes
  • Analyse marketing data to help shape marketing activities; monitor key indicators (KPI’s), key online trend statistics and return on investment across all digital platforms and produce monthly reports.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across the multiple channels and outline improvements
  • Liaise with external PR agencies to identify stories and issue press releases
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budgets across the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with our joint venture partners and stakeholders across the portfolio.

What we're looking for:

  • You'll ideally have a Marketing or business-related degree / CIM qualification level 6.
  • P&L and budget management
  • Experience of creating and delivering integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns along with excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm - office office-based role.

  • Holiday entitlement is 23 days rising to 25 days
  • Increased pension contribution from commencement.
  • Salary commensurate with experience and level of the role.
