Marketing Manager 
Location: Northamptonshire, commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Cambridge, and Peterborough

As the Marketing Manager for a prestigious company renowned for its innovative engagement tools, bespoke hire solutions, and comprehensive supporting services, your mission is to enhance the brand's distinction and communicate its unique value proposition. Embark on a pivotal role where your marketing skills become the driving force behind a leading UK exhibition provider's brand elevation.

The company seeks a seasoned marketer with a flair for creativity and exceptional copywriting skills to champion its brand narrative. Your role will be instrumental in positioning the company as a thought leader in the science of exhibiting and maximising exhibitor ROI. Crafting compelling marketing strategies and campaigns, you will resonate with fellow marketers and captivate prospects with a 'walk in their shoes' experience.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, collaboration will be key as you work alongside the Head of New Business and internal creative teams. You will also extend your expertise to the company's brand, catering to organisers with a distinct value proposition.

Leadership is at the core of this role, as you will manage a junior marketing resource and establish a prospect research function. Your team will harness AI-generated data, feeding into Sugar CRM and Sugar Market tools to spearhead lead-generating campaigns. Your strategic oversight will ensure the optimisation of a substantial marketing budget.

The transition into this role is seamless, with the support of the current marketing manager who is transitioning to a new role within the company but remains an invaluable digital/web marketing resource.

Your strategic vision will be crucial in achieving ambitious revenue growth targets through effective lead generation.

Responsibilities include:

- Crafting and executing a creative marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Generating new sales leads and enhancing customer retention.
- Managing brand identity and spearheading public relations efforts.
