Marketing Manager
South Hams/Devon
£30 - 37k DOE per annum

Our esteemed client, a prominent business services firm operating in the property industry, is actively seeking a full-time, permanent Marketing Manager.

As the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's services. This role is dynamic, encompassing all facets of marketing, you'll take charge of creating marketing materials, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and meeting the marketing requirements of both the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques.

The responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and budgets, encompassing various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across these channels, monitoring performance data to provide insights for ongoing optimisation efforts.
  • Design compelling and consistent content for diverse marketing materials, maintaining messaging coherence, brand integrity, and content quality across all channels.
  • Manage diverse digital platforms and social media channels to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities, supporting decision-making processes with market reports and presentations.
  • Assist in maintaining and strengthening the business's brand identity through branding initiatives, promotional activities, and coordination with external clients.
  • Support event organisation to promote the business and build industry connections, representing the business professionally at local and industry-related events.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenses, aid in budgeting and invoice processing, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices, continuously improving skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

The candidate:

  • Experience within a similar marketing management role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content across diverse marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, SEO and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking for generating innovative marketing ideas within budget constraints.
  • Proficiency in basic design software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to occasionally attend local events on weekends.
  • Possession of a full driving license.
