REED Marketing and Creative are working with a rapidly growing business in events to recruit a Marketing Manager to head up the increasing marketing team!

This is a newly created position which offers loads of variety and is looking after the full marketing scope; strategy, budgets, campaign management and managing a small team.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for strategy input and rollout, campaign management and team development and management.

Some of the duties include:

• Drive and deliver engagement strategies/campaigns

• Manage, develop and build team (currently at 4 but growing to 6)

• Online and offline marketing channels

• Competitor analysis, trends in the market and new ideas for marketing

The Directors of the business are really looking for someone in this position to partner with them; to look at overall strategy, how to increase, improve or change anything but also to come with new and fresh ideas! No idea is a bad idea!!!

We are looking for someone who has generalist experience across a multitude of duties within marketing. You will be confident in your ability to make decisions and to influence others to achieve success within marketing. You will be a self starter who is commercially savvy and able to work with multiple deadlines.

In return you get support from the wider business. Salary is circa £45k-£50k plus additional benefits. Hybrid working will be on offer once you have settled into the role.
