We are on the hunt for a successful Live Events Marketing Manager, with demonstrable success in a similar role and extensive knowledge and experience of marketing visitor attractions, to join a leading events venue in London.

Joining a world class venue, the main focus of this Marketing Manager role is take responsibility for the planning and execution of marketing activities for the Live Events and attractions, driving brand awareness, consumer engagement and attendance at events and experiences.

Marketing activity will include campaign planning and delivery, email marketing, social media and website management, digital marketing, external partnerships and client account management.

Key responsibilities as the Live Events Marketing Manager will include:

  • Planning, executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns through both traditional and digital channels
  • Strategic planning and analysis of market trends and consumer behaviours
  • Managing an annual campaign plan delivering brand awareness and driving ticket sales
  • Managing digital marketing channels
  • Working closely with the PR and Comms Manager and external agencies to deliver PR and social campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance and analysing key metrics
  • Overseeing the launch of the new project, acting as Brand Guardian
  • Providing Marketing Account Management to event organisers and promoters and developing the marketing support package
  • Working with partners and stakeholders across London to deliver ongoing brand and product awareness
  • Working with external ticketing partners to launch a new ticketing platform
  • Managing marketing budgets
  • Producing regular reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar Marketing Manager role
  • Extensive experience in the visitor attraction sector (events, hospitality or retail)
  • Previous experience developing and executing commercially focussed marketing plans
  • Experienced in all areas of digital marketing and traditional methods
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Drive, energy, flexibility and self-motivation - always looking for opportunities to improve
  • Strong project planning skills with good business acumen / commercial awareness
  • Proactive approach with a positive and approachable nature
  • Creative, innovative, adaptable and resilient
  • Excellent analysis and data skills
  • IT literate including good MS Office and database management experience
  • Dynamic approach with the ability to wok under pressure
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related subject) is highly desirable
