A cutting-edge CleanTech company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

About the role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing the company’s marketing offering; developing, executing strategies and campaigns to assist with our growth goals.

This hands-on B2B role will focus on content creation, lead generation, and campaign management. It’s an exciting time to join them and this role is an opportunity to put your own stamp on the groundwork that's been created so far. As part of the sales team, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager and alongside the Graphic Designer. You will utilize social media, direct email campaigns, exhibitions, and other applicable marketing activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assuming responsibility for the visual brand and voice.

  • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks, such as creating and launching digital campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and overseeing social media accounts.

  • Involved in the design and delivery of direct mail.

  • Collaborating with the team to manage the implementation of the events strategy and offering marketing assistance based on the plan.

  • Taking part in the selection and coordination of appropriate PR agencies relevant to the specific industry.

  • Providing assistance with the company's new website, which may include implementing SEO strategies for enhanced visibility, updating website materials, and conducting competitor analysis.

  • Continuously refining your commercial strategy to boost inbound leads through marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Possess prior experience in a similar, broad-based marketing position (experience in a related industry is advantageous but not mandatory).

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrate robust organizational and project management skills, showcasing a successful history of overseeing complete marketing campaigns.

  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including proficiency in copywriting and content creation.

  • Provide insights into social media platforms and their effective utilization for building a robust brand presence.

  • Demonstrate the capability to collect and analyze data to make well-informed marketing decisions.

  • Possess a keen attention to detail.
