Remote Marketing Executive role - £35K - £45K per year - HQ - London

The client, a fast growth Talent Development (Training) company are looking to build their Digital Demand Marketing function. They are currently looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive to own the content creation and demand marketing strategy and tactics that would drive brand awareness and growth of MQL's for the existing sales team.

The role will be driving digital marketing from both a strategic perspective as well as tactical day to day activities. The roles primary responsibility will be to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) into the sales team, however, the role will be a key member of the team and so would work closely and collaboratively with the senior leadership team, and will give you the responsibility for managing activities across key areas to include, Market Engagement and Demand Marketing Campaign Management, Digital Messaging and Content Creation, Web Presence, Testing and Measurement of performance and Event Marketing.

The role would give you the opportunity to own the digital Demand function, reporting into the CMO, longer term if successful the career path would lead into Marketing Management and the opportunity to potentially build a demand marketing team.

The role would suit an experienced (2-4 years) digital marketer that has already developed a diverse skill set. The role requires a critical & creative thinker, entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and business savvy outlook. You can bring energy and fresh ideas to the table whilst understanding the broad organisational goals, creating compelling content and multi-channel marketing programs that drive growth.

Experience of using technology like HubSpot to manage website and automate marketing follow ups, Mail Chimp to develop automated email campaigns, Lead Forensics, SEO, Microsoft, and Google Ads are all highly valued.
