Elevation Recruitment – Marketing Division are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing company in Barnsley. They are looking for a dynamic and talented Marketing Executive to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing efforts across various channels. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on diverse projects and utilise their unique strengths and interests to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Create content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers
• Provide support for PR activities, including liaising with external agencies, drafting press releases, and coordinating media coverage
• Design and produce marketing materials such as leaflets, brochures, and signage to promote products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
• Assist in organising and executing marketing events and promotional campaigns
• Identify and leverage your strengths and interests to enhance marketing initiatives
• Take ownership of specific areas within the marketing function based on your expertise and passion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Proficiency in graphic design software and other relevant tools is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
