Reed Marketing and Creative are  seeking a Marketing Executive to join an award-winning client at a dynamic and innovative organisation. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual with a passion for PR and social media. You will be responsible for executing both paid and organic social campaigns, managing PR activities, and creating compelling content that aligns with their brand guidelines.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop and execute innovative and high-quality social media content and plans.
  • Manage social media pages, ensuring brand consistency and an engaging tone of voice.
  • Create compelling, thumb-stopping content that stands out.
  • Utilise strong copywriting skills and creative vision in content creation.
  • Tailor strategies to meet the unique needs and challenges of our target audiences.
  • Report on monthly social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Attend events and adapt working hours when necessary to capture engaging content.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including video editing.
  • Fluent in social media trends, tools, and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of all social media channel features and creative tools.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Innovative with ideas for engaging content across multiple audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to job requirements and working hours.
