Job Profile

OA are recruiting for a commercially aware and analytically minded Marketing Executive to work with our client on a permanent basis.

This role is working closely with the teams Marketing Manager and external Marketing Agency to promote products, raise brand awareness and partner with the Sales Team.

Marketing Executive - Main Duties:

• Working closely with the agency and marketing manager and key dealers to develop campaigns and ideas to drive lead generation
• Identify and nurture partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Evaluate market intelligence and conduct customer research, using knowledge of market conditions and competitor data to inform future campaigns
• Review website metrics, monitoring traffic and qualify to optimise performance
• Create end of campaign reports, analysing and making recommendations on how results could be improved
• Provide reports to track all marketing KPIs for performance optimisation, improvements, and future activity planning
• Integrated use of Salesforce CRM, developing and executing automated campaigns, identifying workflows and triggers

Marketing Executive - Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Marketing
• Experience using CRM system, ideally Salesforce
• Track record in demand generation, PR, social, website optimisation, PPC and brand enhancement
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Excel and design software
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Commercially aware and confident in KPI management
• Customer focussed and passionate about the customer journey
• Creative with a passion for seeking out the next brilliant marketing campaign idea
• Full UK driving license
