Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of an incredible Global Manufacturer, who have recently relocated to the North West in Runcorn, and are now expanding their team. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to support their Marketing Manager and Sales team in carrying out various strategies and tasks.

This is a truly special opportunity for someone who is looking for full control of the marketing department and promotion of this well-known brand.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: £30,000+ p.a - plus bonus

Location: Runcorn on site

Daily Duties Include:

  • To work under the direction of the Head of Sales & Marketing (HoS&M) to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage Marketing Budget working closely with HoS&M, Finance Manager and Sales Team
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps develop marketing plans
  • Leads the maintenance and development of Social Media platforms and website, working with external provider
  • Analyses surveys, polls and other market research to look for patterns and trends
  • Develop reports and detailed data analysis using company and customer data
  • Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps create data and financial reports for HoS&M and MD
  • Helps maintain excellent client and end user relationships through excellent customer service skills
  • New product development strategy and implementation - communicating internally and externally
  • Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with Retail Accounts, packaging development, photographer and other involved parties
  • Help to plan and support Trade Show events with HoS&M and Sales team
  • Leading UK marketing discussion with the other Global subsidiary marketing teams
  • Delivering marketing strategies based on International sales initiatives

  • Marketing or Business degree preferred alongside relevant demonstrable experience in a related field

This role will eventually develop into a Marketing Manager position, who will recruit and support their own team at the right time for the business so the ideal candidate is someone who is experienced within this field yet eager to learn and develop their skills further, work collaboratively with the Global marketing team, have a creative mind and be able to see themselves supporting a UK team in the future.
