SThree are delighted to announce that we're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our wonderful team!
Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director and UK Marketing Manager and adopting the 'Smarketing' approach (sales and marketing alignment), the successful candidate will be responsible for actioning marketing tactics across the full channel mix, in order to attract clients and candidates and engage key stakeholders to raise brand awareness and drive growth.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

The Marketing Executive role will work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to understand business objectives. Alongside the Marketing Manager, ensure minimum standards of marketing BAU are delivered to support across all brands. This includes: maintaining brand presence, keeping collateral updated, managing all social channels, updating and improving all websites, lead management process & reporting.
Content:
* Create, manage and upload content for brand websites and other channels
* Coordinate activity across the region and with the global team
* Together with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, work with the content partners on the creation of content to support marketing strategy
* Re-purpose content for maximum value across formats and channels (for example video, info-graphics, articles, images, social posts)
Social media:
* Maintenance of relevant social channels and social scheduling
* Source, prepare and post content to key social channels
* Manage the SThree UK Instagram account (to support employer brand)
* Together with the wider team, grow social media following across brands and develop B2B and B2C audience
Digital:
* Maintain and update UK GTM websites to ensure they are an accurate reflection of our brand offering and to optimise conversion
* Support on the execution of email marketing and other digital channels as required
Advertising:
* Support the implementation and optimisation of paid media campaigns, including social media and display advertising
Events:
* Support on end-to-end event management (online and offline)
* This includes pre, during and post-event engagement of customers
Brand and design
* With the rest of the team, act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and adhered to across the business
* Create basic collateral using Canva or the Adobe suite
* Contribute to the capturing, telling and designing of case study stories
Analysis and reporting:
* Ongoing analysis (testing, measuring and evaluation) of activities/campaigns to be reported on a monthly basis. This will include the use of Google Analytics and other tools
Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure exceptional delivery
* Building strong relationships with sales stakeholders

What else are we looking for?

* 1-2 year's marketing experience and/or a marketing qualification
* Good understanding of marketing disciplines, channels and campaign creation
* Experience or understanding of using a CMS would be an advantage as would previous use of Google Analytics
* Experience of managing social media channels
* Creative skills - Canva, Adobe suite and/or PowerPoint ideally
