My Client who are an innovative technology company located in Great Chesterford, are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive their marketing initiatives forward.

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing campaigns to achieve their business objectives. While our office is based in Great Chesterford they offer a hybrid working model with flexibility, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate on the planning, execution, and optimisation of targeted campaigns to align with marketing goals.
  • Measure and enhance campaign ROI utilising CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Develop SEO optimised landing pages using HubSpot or WordPress for strategic campaigns.

Contacts and Networking:

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to build strategic contacts within HubSpot CRM, aiming to meet lead generation targets.
  • Implement contact building strategies using prospecting tools and data gathering techniques.
  • Conduct research on target client behaviors to refine messaging and increase brand awareness.

Content Creation:

  • Develop a calendar of technical content tailored to our target audience.
  • Liaise with internal teams to extract engaging case studies for online and proposal use.
  • Provide written content support to the Sales Team, including proposals and presentations.
  • Manage effective content distribution channels for lead generation.

Website Management:

  • Oversee and optimise content on my clients websites, ensuring consistency and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visually engaging content across all platforms.
  • Work with website agencies to maintain security, plugins, and HubSpot connectivity.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Craft engaging and technical posts in collaboration with Project Managers and Technical Leads.
  • Translate technical content into compelling messaging for social media platforms.
  • Optimise social media SEO, measure results, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Schedule posts for optimal audience engagement, continuously improving based on analytics.

Email Marketing:

  • Lead the creation of email campaigns using HubSpot, utilising templates and basic HTML for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to design visually appealing email content.
  • Manage email scheduling, reporting, and automation as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Marketing and Sales teams as required for successful marketing activities.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Completion or progress towards CIM qualifications.
  • Experience in digital and/or social media marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Proven success in implementing effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO for global content distribution.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Diligent with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Willingness to engage in both hands-on work and analytical tasks.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills.

Highly Advantageous:

  • Proficiency in digital media analytics, including GA4.
  • Experience with social media content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and scheduling tools (e.g., Later).
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Marketing HUB.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience in SEA/PPC management.
  • Understanding of YouTube optimisation and publishing.
  • Proficiency in SEO planning tools such as Moz and SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools.
