Job Title: Marketing and Events Co-ordinator
Reporting to: Senior Events Executive

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, with over 700 lawyers working globally are looking for a Marketing and Events Co-ordinator to join their dynamic Marketing & Business Development department in the London office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Report to Senior Events Executive, managing in-person and virtual client/internal events, including seminars and client hospitality, primarily in London.
- Coordinate client/internal webinars, providing pre-event training and day-of technical support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan meetings, manage budgets, AV, catering, vendors, and data.
- Work with legal, Marketing & Business Development, and CRM teams to develop target lists and track attendance/leads.
- Assist Senior Events Executive in evolving events best practices, analyzing ROI, reporting outcomes, and providing training.
- Manage firm's event calendar and marketing calendars, ensuring effective communication and collaboration opportunities.
Experience Required:
- Some experience in running in-person, virtual and hybrid events, as well as training others.
- Two years' experience working within a similar environment, preferably gained within legal, consultancy or other professional services.
- Ability to cope with a variable workload.
- Flexibility - by its nature, the role will involve attending events outside of normal working hours.
- Graduate calibre, with excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Previous experience of using InterAction and Vuture.
Normal office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, but flexibility with regards to working hours is expected. Hybrid working policy is 3 days a week in the office.
