Our client has been established for nearly twenty years and is hugely successful in their field. Based in Newcastle – under – Lyme, they are seeking a Marketing and e-commerce Manager to join their team due to significant and sustained growth.
  
Job Description:

The Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will lead marketing across all relevant channels including eCommerce performance optimisation since Direct to Consumer is one of their leading channels.
You will have the autonomy to build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and you will have the opportunity to build a high-performing Marketing & eCommerce team.
  
Your role as Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will include: 
  • Ownership of marketing the company products across all relevant channels
  • Develop and deliver a robust marketing strategy
  • Drive the performance of the website by delivering SEO, CRO, and other agreed targets
  • Ensure internal promotional activity aligns with manufacturing and supplier partners
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of data
  • Key point of contact between Senior Leaders and 3rd party partners
  • Monthly marketing and e-commerce performance reporting
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to ensure the company remains a front-runner 
Candidate Requirements:  

Our client is seeking an individual who is motivated, passionate about the industry, and has experience in direct-to-consumer marketing.  Someone who wants to maybe take a step up to become a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
  • Experienced in and able to evidence performance advertising metrics
  • Strong working knowledge of how to drive e-commerce performance
  • History of delivery E-Commerce growth
  • Comfortable processing large amounts of data
  • Experiences in coaching direct reports and getting the best out of the team in a high-pressure, demanding environment
  • Experience in managing a target-driven marketing team
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage own workload, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable and effective working with people at all levels whether internal or external
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing an impeccable service
  • Someone who thrives in an industry that is fast-moving and ever-changing and can react accordingly   
Hours   Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Saturday: Ad-hoc basis
Salary:  £35,000 - £ 40,000 DOE
