Our client based in Gloucester who are a global company committed to offering expert design, manufacturing, and recycling solutions to their customers are currently recruiting for Marketing Coordinator on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will report to the Sales and Customer Services Director, be a trusted member of the UK commercial team with personal responsibility for lead generation, collating information on market data and giving updates to the team to support the strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research to establish spends, behaviours and trends

-Design, implement and manage successful planned marketing campaigns

-Identify and analyse competitors

-Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce promotional materials

-Weekly updated news on the business LinkedIn page

-Support planned exhibitions

-Provide Field Sales Team with prospects identifying potential opportunities

-Full qualified prospects list prepared and added to our CRM system

-Understand obstacles preventing conversion to qualified lead and manage via the CRM system

-Develop a detailed understanding of the prospects pipeline and meet targeted expectations

-Justify and agree lost prospects and capture reason for closure on CRM

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (1 hour lunch)

Salary - Up to £28,000 depending on experience + 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays + company pension + free on-site parking + health and wellbeing programme + cycle to work scheme
