Michelle Denny Recruitment are partnering with Lexham Insurance to hire a Marketing Communications Lead to work in their shiny new offices in Diss.

Main Duties

Joining at an exciting time, you will be tasked with maintaining and assisting with the management of ongoing marketing email campaigns, which will include significant development of automation campaigns. You will also play a substantial role in a project reviewing the overall communication strategy, which will include significant investigation into all current communications including emails, letters, and push notifications. As lead you will help with general marketing campaign planning and management where necessary.

Additional duties to include:

  • Exploring opportunities and advancements in technology which would benefit the company communications strategy, including the research and selection of a new email marketing system
  • Generating monthly reports to include the monitoring and improvement of user experience and journey. This will also include helping with general marketing campaign planning and management where necessary
  • Be responsible for the creation and liaison of press releases
  • Liaise and work with agencies and industry contacts on the deployment and management of communication campaigns
  • It will be important you keep alert and research for new creative ideas and trends for marketing opportunities.
  • Leading and helping with new marketing projects


Person requirements

To be considered for this fabulous opportunity, you will need to be able to display:

  • Excellent marketing and communications knowledge with a particular background in email and digital marketing
  • Ability to use great initiative with a strong motivation for success and achievement
  • Confident & outgoing personality with the ability to work independently
  • Competent IT skills (including Microsoft word & Excel)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Marketing planning experience
  • Ability to create and run reports, while also providing insights into trends and performance
  • Experience with data-cleansing practices is preferred
