Position: Marketing & Brand Communications Executive

Location: West London

Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our client in West London. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in the realm of marketing, particularly in the domains of social media platforms, brand engagement, and video content creation.

The ideal candidate will possess a knack for creativity, stellar communication abilities, and a profound understanding of digital marketing techniques, branding strategies, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating closely with the Head of Sport and the Events Manager, you will contribute your marketing prowess to their initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the clients objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and driving sales.
  • Deploy marketing campaigns across diverse channels, encompassing digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Maintain and update the website using WordPress.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns utilizing Mailchimp.
  • Supervise the development of marketing materials such as website content, flyers, advertisements, case studies, and presentations.
  • Establish and manage a centralized repository for images, logos, POS materials, and general marketing collateral.
  • Efficiently manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and Google Analytics data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, outcomes, and future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Events Manager to provide marketing support and develop collateral for events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with adaptability to support team members as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to events, including international travel.
  • Proficiency across all social media platforms.
  • Experience in video editing for social media platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic live events environment with a strong sense of responsiveness.
  • Ability to create presentations and presentation templates is advantageous.
  • Basic design skills to create simple design assets and resize photography for various social media formats.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Passion for sports is a must.
  • Willingness to travel and work at events outside of regular hours as necessary.
