About you:

  • You’ll bring a wealth of experience and skills working in a busy consumer focused marketing role – ideally in tourism, heritage or passenger transport. You’ll be dedicated to ensuring we deliver first class communications and customer service that encourage people to visit, learn, shop, volunteer and donate and to ensure that we can keep running for many years to come.
  • A fabulous copywriter, you’ll craft and deliver award-winning impactful marketing campaigns that bring the railway to life. You’ll be competent across the full marketing mix and will manage integrated campaigns that make us stand out as best in class, always focusing on the bottom line and delivering great value for money. You’ll also understand PR and will manage our PR agency.
  • Like us, you won’t stand still. You’ll bring creativity, ideas, enthusiasm and fresh thinking. As a manager, you’ll be keen to develop those you work with to help them deliver their best and will build strong relationships both inside and outside the railway.
