Marketing & BD Manager

Following a re-brand and rapid business growth, a well-established leisure company based in South Essex are seeking a Marketing & BD Manager to continue to raise the profile of their brand and build strong partnerships.

Your new role
As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full mix of marketing activities, which will include: creating and implementing seasonal campaigns, managing digital channels (website and social media pages), PR and new facility launches, creating marketing collateral and also supporting with events. You will also lead Business Development activities, including fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, maximising sponsorship opportunities and working closely with the MD to continue to grow the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role, you will need previous Marketing and Business Development experience within a senior/leadership role, ideally within the leisure / hospitality industry. It is also key that you have strong copywriting skills and are able to create engaging content across multiple channels. You will be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills.

What you'll get in return
Salary £40,000 - 45,000 (negotiable DOE)
