Marketing & Sales Assistant - Salisbury - £25,000 - Hybrid working

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Sales Assistant to join the team of a business who are focused on innovation and sustainability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various sales and marketing activities, including account planning, marketing plan support and delivery, social media management, tender responses, and other general sales and marketing activities.

You will have an exciting and wide-ranging role including:

• Account Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Plan Support and Delivery: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans. This will include coordinating marketing campaigns, organising events, and producing marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and generate leads.
• Tender Response: Support the preparation and submission of tender responses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
• General Sales and Marketing Activities: Assist with various sales and marketing tasks, such as market research, competitor analysis, database management, and customer communications.

This is a varied and challenging role where you will have the chance to show your creative skills and contribute to a fast-growing business.

About you - what we're looking for:-

Previous experience in marketing/sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Along with:-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
